dt-bindings: net: marvell, prestera: Describe PCI devices of the prestera family

Let's describe them. Signed-off-by: Miquel Raynal <miquel.raynal@bootlin.com> Reviewed-by: Rob Herring <robh@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Paolo Abeni <pabeni@redhat.com>
