ALSA: usb-audio: fix automatic Roland/Yamaha MIDI detection

Commit aafe77cc45 (ALSA: usb-audio: add support for many Roland/Yamaha
devices) had several logic errors that prevented create_auto_midi_quirk
from enumerating any MIDI ports.
