9ca3dc805c add gpiolib support to ucb1x00 
The old access methods to the gpios will be removed when
all users has been converted. (mainly ucb1x00-ts)

c8602edf3f move drivers/mfd/*.h to include/linux/mfd 
So drivers like collie_battery driver can use
those files easier.
