fix the following 'make headers_check' warning:

  usr/include/asm/sigcontext32.h:20: found __[us]{8,16,32,64} type without #include <linux/types.h>

1965aae3c9 x86: Fix ASM_X86__ header guards 
Change header guards named "ASM_X86__*" to "_ASM_X86_*" since:

a. the double underscore is ugly and pointless.
b. no leading underscore violates namespace constraints.
