Igor Pecovnik	1bdcdba9ff	Adding Orangepi Zero Plus2 u-boot and kernel bits and removing unsupported ZeroPlus which is another beast we don't have yet: http://www.orangepi.org/OrangePiZeroPlus/ fancy ethernet and FTV8189.
