imx: mx6sxsabresd: Add MCIMX28LCD display support
The i.MX6SX SABRESD board supports MCIMX28LCD (800x480x24) at LCDIF1 port, enable this display feature by adding relevant BSP codes and configurations. Signed-off-by: Ye Li <ye.li@nxp.com>
