test/py: test reboot by EFI watchdog

Browse source 
Clear environment variable efi_selftest before executing the
default tests.

Provide a test verifying that the EFI watchdog
reboots the system upon timeout.

The test depends on CONFIG_CMD_EFI_SELFTEST=y.
